The interest in net zero energy houses continues to grow. The Riverdale NetZero energy house is open for tours and will soon be occupied by its new owners; the Mill Creek NZE house is now fully insulated; the Belgravia NZE house starts construction in May; the South Windsor Park NZE house is being designed. We are learning so much about the costs and performance of these revolutionary houses and are seeing more and more opportunities for optimisation and cost reduction. Read More
