  • Age 15-30
  • Legally entitled to work in Canada (have a social insurance number)

CAPE is bringing on a Health Policy Research Analyst to conduct the following activities:

  • Finalize our report on Traffic-Related Air Pollution
  • Conduct qualitative/thematic analysis and a draft report on the health impacts of fracking based on existing interview data
  • Support CAPE staff on other initiatives as needed, e.g. website organization, fundraising, or communications

Skills required for the position:

  • Understanding of how to conduct qualitative/thematic analysis
  • Excellence in written English; French fluency an asset
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong proofreading abilities
  • Excellence in teamwork and strong communication skills within a team
  • Understanding of the relationship between health and the environment required; knowledge of the health impacts of air pollution and/or fracking an asset
  • Connection to NE British Columbia an asset
  • Strong anti-racist and decolonial analysis
