Alberta Ecotrust Community Grants

If your non-profit or charity is working on an environmental project on the themes of air/climate/energy, water, or wilderness conservation, you may wish to apply for some funding to support that work.

Alberta Ecotrust supports small grassroots organizations working on meaningful projects that seek to improve Alberta's environment.

  • Community Grants - smaller, grassroots, community-based environmental projects are encouraged to apply for up to $7500 through our Community Grants program.  Visit our website for the guidelines and forms.  Deadline to submit a Community Grant is April 15, 2011.

Note: We provide applicants with a half-hour of coaching on developing your proposal or project.  However, to receive the coaching you must contact us prior to  April 10th for Community Grant coaching.
