U of A Sustainability Awareness Week

October 19, 2009 - 6:00am to October 23, 2009 - 6:00am

The University of Alberta is committed to instilling sustainability into university life, on our campuses, in our institutions and in the larger community of which we are a part. Accordingly, the University of Alberta's Office of Sustainability is pleased to present - in partnership with the Student's Union, ECOS, Campus Sustainability Coalition, U of A Energy Club, Career and Placement Services (CAPS), the Faculty of Education and the School of Energy and the Environment (SEE) - our annual Sustainability Awareness Week on October 19-23, 2009.

Sustainability Awareness Week 2009 (SAW 2009) is filled with activities that will raise your awareness of the University of Alberta's efforts to 'green' our campus. We'll also engage students, staff and faculty in a discussion of what they can do to help build a more sustainable campus.
