October 21, 2013 - 6:00am to October 25, 2013 - 6:00am

4 campuses. 5 days. 56 events.

The University of Alberta is gearing up to celebrate sustainability with its sixth annual Sustainability Awareness Week (SAW), running October 21 to 25, 2013

Hosted by the Office of Sustainability in partnership with more than 50 on and off campus organizations, the week is comprised of 56 sustainability-related eventstours and speakers running across four university campuses. You can see a listing of all event details here.

The week’s activities are designed to help the university community, alumni and members of the general public learn more about sustainability, discover what sustainability-related initiatives are happening on campus and how anyone can get involved and make a difference.

Many events require online pre-registration as many sessions have limited space. The deadline for most events is Monday, October 21, 2013.
