Through reflection, song and interactive practices we will rediscover our courage and solidarity, to act for the future of life on earth and be part of the great turning. No danger of this present time can alter the fact that we are living members of the living Earth, like cells in her larger body. Nothing can ever separate us from the wonder and majesty of this reality. To realize that holds us steady, and empowers us to celebrate and serve.

Eco-philosopher Joanna Macy, Ph.D., is a scholar of Buddhism, general systems theory, and deep ecology. A respected voice in movements for peace, justice, and ecology, she interweaves her scholarship with four decades of activism.
