Open House Tour: Riverdale NetZero Energy House

We are pleased to announce that the Riverdale NetZero energy home is now finished construction and open for viewing! We will be having a public open house tour on Saturday, October 4 to celebrate it. If you've missed the tours before, now is the time to see it as finished.

What is it: a beautiful new house that generates all its own heat and electricity. Annual grid-electricity bill will be about $200 to pay for electricity storage. No natural gas bill. Net surplus energy, net surplus emissions. See what it looks like at
