CPANS Luncheon: CASA Electricity Framework Review

February 5, 2010 - 6:30pm to 8:00pm

About the Presentation

CASA Electricity Framework Review

Brief description: In November 2003, the CASA Electricity Project Team came up with a final report and recommendations on how air emissions would be managed in the utility sector going forward. One major recommendation was that emission standards were to be reviewed on a 5-year basis so that they would remain “current”. This presentation will describe the review process that the new project team has gone through starting in May 2007, the original non-consensus recommendations presented to the CASA Board in June 2009, and what the status of the project is now.

Presenter Bio: Mr. Randy Dobko is a native Albertan having been born in Edmonton and raised in St. Albert.
