On March 27, 2013 Clean Air Strategic Alliance Board approved the project charter for a Odour Project Team. Sectors have been asked to select delegates for a project team.
The project charter has been attached with this delegate selection notice.
Project Goal: To create a good practice guide for assessing and managing odour in Alberta.
Team members can expect approximately one meeting a month beginning in May and alternating between Calgary and Edmonton and prep and follow up in between meetings.
CASA’s Stakeholder Support Policy will be in effect.
- Authorized member of an AEN member group in-good-standing
- Familiarity with odour issues and related air issues.
- Commitment to participate in AEN Caucus communications (sectoral consultation: provide updates, solicit feedback).
- Ability to participate fully in the CASA process. Up to 1 monthly meeting alternating between Calgary and Edmonton plus time in between meetings.
- Experience in interest-based negotiations and collaborative problem solving.
Interested AEN member group representatives are invited to submit a statement of interest providing full name, contact information, AEN member organization for whom you are a member in good standing and specifically describing how you meet the delegate criteria above to [email protected] by April 22, 2013. The delegate selection meeting will be the AEN Clean Air & Energy Caucus teleconference from Noon-1pm on Friday, April 25, 2013.
