AEN Annual General Meeting 2023

The last year has been busy for AEN and our team has been growing. Building on the Energy Transition Project started last year, Molli Bennett joined AEN last summer as the Director of Alberta Talks, a new grassroots initiative where staff and volunteers have open and honest doorstep conversations with neighbours about issues that are important to Albertans. We continue to receive requests for Defend Alberta Parks lawn signs! Albertans feel strongly about ensuring the protection of our cherished Parks system.

AGM Agenda

1. To read and approve the minutes of the Annual General Meeting of members held on June 11, 2022 via teleconference.
2. To present the financial statements of the Society for the year ended March 31, 2023 and the report of the auditors thereon.
3. To receive the Annual Report of the President of the Board of Directors.
4. To appoint the Society’s auditors for the ensuing year.
5. To elect members to serve on the Society’s Board of Directors.
6. To transact such other business that may properly come before the meeting.
