New research centre to study Canadians most affected by unhealthy environments

A new Canadian research centre has been launched to investigate and respond to the concerns of those most impacted by environmental health problems in Canada.

The Centre for Environmental Health Equity is putting its research agenda into the hands of communities to shine a light on the often-untold experiences of Canadians who bear the brunt of unhealthy environments. Bow River Flow

The 2nd Annual Bow River Flow is coming up on Sunday, August 22, 10am-6pm!

The 2010 event will bring an expanded route, creating a complete loop. The two south lanes of Memorial Drive, from 3 St. to 9 St. NW, will be opened to human-powered transportation. From the east end of the Memorial Drive closure, the event will cross the Bow River and Prince's Island over to the south side river pathway. Read more about Bow River Flow
