Climate Conversations are an opportunity for you to discuss climate change issues with your neighbours, facilitated by local experts. We start by introducing each facilitator and their topic. 100 Debates on the Environment

As both the Federal Election race and the climate heat up, it is crucially important to find out where the parties, and where your local candidates stand on the environment. Across the country, local organizers are holding non-partisan, all-candidates forums focusing on environmental issues on or around October 3.  The national 100 Debates on the Environment initiative is being co-ordinated by GreenPAC, with support from Équiterre in Quebec.

Green New Deal Town Hall

This event is one of many Green New Deal town halls being held in communities across the country in May 2019. The conversation is being led from the ground up through town halls bringing together people from all walks of life to discuss our vision for a new economy -- one that cuts global warming pollution, implements the UN Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples, creates millions of green jobs, and makes sure no one gets left behind.. The input from these town halls will be used to inform a vision for a Green New Deal for all.
