Conference: Critical Intersections for Energy & Water Law

The Alberta Law Foundation is generously supporting public legal education by serving as a lead sponsor of the University of Calgary Faculty of Law "Critical Intersections for Energy & Water Law: New Challenges and Opportunities" conference on Wednesday and Thursday, May 20 and 21, 2009. We invite you to be our guest at this conference which is co-hosted by the U of C Faculty of Law, Pacific McGeorge School of Law (Sacramento, California) and the UNESCO Centre for Water Law, Policy Science, University of Dundee (United Kingdom). The intent is to bring legal academics, practitioners, business leaders, and regulatory officials to a multi-national conference exploring the vital role that law plays in promoting sustainable development and use of both energy and water.
