Location:
Calgary

Description:
Things That Go "Boing!" in the Night: the Ord's Kangaroo Ratwith Andy TeucherAlberta Wilderness Association Alberta's prairies are not merely the uniform agricultural landscapes that people often think of. Rolling hills, badlands, broad river valleys, and sand dunes are home to many interesting and unique species of plants and animals, including the little known Ord's kangaroo rat.
